First off, are you using the new invoice layout? If so, the updated layout in the QuickBooks mobile app requires a different method for printing invoices.
Here's how:
- In your QBO mobile app, go to Menu.
- Click Invoices.
- Choose or open the invoice you want to print.
- Tap Email.
- Click Invoice Preview.
- Select the Invoice pdf.
- Once done, click the Menu icon and choose Print.
In addition, I recommend sending your feedback to our product engineers. This way, they can evaluate it and take appropriate action.
Alternatively, you can sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account via a mobile web browser or any other supported browser and print invoices from there.
