Merchant fees

When did the ACH Fees start to take in place? I did not receive any email about the changes, so when I look today at the Merchant fees I see that we are being charged 1% of every ACH as of March 11, 2021. We signed up to QB since 2016 and we knew about the CC fees but we had 0 ACH fee's and our clients were okay paying with 0 ACH fees and we were okay waiting 3-5 business days for the funds. But now we have to charge our clients additional fees? But this is absolutely unreasonable, we are trying to Pick up the business from Co-vid last year, and so are Our clients and QB decides to charge for ACH fees and we have no say about it? Can some please explain the logic? I spoke to Tina with case # [removed] that informed that ALOT of customers are complaining about it. QB please listen to your clients!! These fees are unnecessary!

Merchant fees

Yes, there are some free methods out there.    They are very upset that we cannot control our own costs.  We do not need funding changes because now they also have to live with our quickie money is forcing them into "loans" from QB?  There are strange messages in our Bank account registers?  And, of course,  no one alive at Intuit to speak to unless you are making a purchase.
