Missing approval function

Today is August 28, 2024 and for the 2nd day my Tasks and Approval function are not available. Yesterday at end of day it re-appeared and this morning when I signed in it was gone again. What is going on?

First, restart your browser or open your QBO account in an incognito window. You can use these keyboard shortcuts to open a new private window:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift +

 

If it functions correctly in the private browser, return to your regular browser and clear its cache. After doing so, double-check if you can complete the task in QuickBooks. Otherwise, consider using a different supported browser.

Missing approval function

Hi ChristineJoieR, 

Thank you for your response. I printed the instructions and was going to follow them today but when I opened QBO my Tasks function was available. I will keep this information on file for future needs.
