A week ago we moved our payroll from Intuit payroll to quo intuit online payroll core. Now we have nothing. We can not open the new one. The old one is gone. We get to a thank you message that says we have no online account. We have a case number. I have chatted with 10 different techs so far. They keep sending me to a different department. I have been disconnected, given logins I can not get to, etc. We are a Mac 2019 desktop multi system user. We had one login for the Intuit payroll program. They have told me that only one user migrated. We only had one user and one login for the payroll program. This is not the name they have that migrated. We have 3 users & 3 logins for the desktop system. We need our payroll up and going. We have payroll coming due. We have all direct deposit employees and a new one to add. This is so frustrating! This company has used quickbooks for over 20 years. The support system use to be great. Now it is horrible! If the new system was not ready to go, changes should not have been made yet. Any suggestions how to get the new payroll system up and going ASAP? I have been told that we can not go backwards and reload the Intuit payroll that we were using. I feel like his has to do with the name they migrated, not being the name associated with our payroll account. Help!

Thank you MaryLand T. Have talked to a real person. He was the most helpful so far. I asked if we could do a restore of our company file back to the last payroll done. He guaranteed that it will work. We will have to reenter our transactions for a week, but we will be able to do our payroll. It is a solution for now, but not a permanent fix. Investigation is still going on as to why we can not open our moved file.

The restore file idea did not work. Dylan's 100 percent guarantee that it would solve the issue did not work. The payroll was not restored. Investigation going on. Payroll due tomorrow. Doing by hand. We have no access to any of our payroll files.
