Hello there, plgservices1.
Let me share some possible reasons why your accountant unable to access your QuickBooks account.
There's a limited number of accounting firms for every QuickBooks Online plan. If we're using the Plus plan below, we can only invite up to two accountants. Beyond that, we're unable to invite more accountant, and they won't be able to log in to your QBO account.
And yes, upgrading your subscription helps to have an additional accountant. We'll be able to invite them, and they can log in to your account to help you fix some of the accounting sides.
However, if we do not exceed the user limit, it could be that the email invitation is not accepted yet, or it's because of a browser-related issue. If we haven't done sending them an invitation, you can follow the steps below. Here's how:

Lastly, if you've invited them and they accepted the invitation but still they unable to log in to your QBO account, please consider logging in to a private browser. Here's how to log in using the incognito window:
If it works, clear the browser's cache to eliminate the sites that were saved on your browser. It helps QuickBooks to work efficiently. One more thing, we can use other supported browsers in QBO.
Please let me know if you have follow-up questions with this matter. Take care and have a good one!
