In the meantime, we suggest using a web browser or an iPad as a workaround to upload your receipts. This method is recommended because it ensures that the receipts are properly scanned and converted into digital format, which can be easily managed and processed in QuickBooks Online.
If the issue persists, I recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Online Support team and requesting to be added to the list of affected users. This will ensure that you receive timely updates on the issue via email. To contact our support team, please follow these steps:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
- Go to the Help icon.
- Click the Search tab and select Contact Us.
- Provide a summary of your concern and click Continue.
- You can choose either chat with us or have us call you.
