  1. Go to:
  2. Choose your QuickBooks Product.
  3. On the Contact Us page, click a topic.
  4. Click on the Get Phone Number button to see the support number.

For billing questions, I suggest reaching out to the Phone Support Team. They can pull up your account in a secure environment and review charges that have been made. You can contact them with the instructions provided above by my colleague @Anonymous.

Thanks for posting in the thread, @RLIinc. I can provide clarification on reaching support. 


There's been a recent update on how to reach the Phone Support team. Here's how you can request a call back from a support agent:

  1. Click the Help icon in the upper right of the screen.
  2. Select Contact US on the pop-up. 
  3. Enter your question in the How can we help? field and choose Continue
  4. Click Get a callback or Start messaging.
  5. Enter your contact information.
  6. Select Call me or Send message.

Should you not see the option for Get a callback, you can toggle it by entering Support in How can we help?.
