How can I get an activation code for my desktop version. I need to reconcile my year end and no one is available. Can someone send me a code I want to do this over the weekend I am so frustrated. I paid good money for this program and now I’m a hostages to your timelines

I downloaded my purchase of QG Enterprise Gold Edition and got as far as the Activation. I've taken the steps you suggested and of course this is Sunday so I guess no one is available to help me get an activation code. This is so frustrating as I had to do this on the weekend so it doesn't interfere with my clients during the week. Right now is Tax Season and of course it's a very busy time for us all! Is there any way I can get the activation code on a Sunday? I saw you were on here today also, so was hoping I could get this up and running.

You have to chat with Support team to get the activation code during their business hours. Make sure you can login to CAMPS as the Primary Contact and find your license code there before contacting Support team.

You have to chat with Support team to get the activation code during their business hours. Your QBD 2012 is too old. If they refuse to provide the activation code, you can use the trial version as a workaround.
