Need help contacting a human at Quickbooks

To start contacting our QuickBooks Support Team, I suggest going to the Help icon. From there, you'll have the option to choose a callback and fill in a piece of information so an expert can call you back. You also have the option to select Chat.

Here's how to contact them:

1. Open your QuickBooks Account.
2. At the top right, click the Help icon.
3. Choose the Assistant section.
4. Type your concern in the Type something field.
5. Click Talk to a human.
6. Click I still need a human.
7. Click the Get help from a human.
8. You'll be routed into the How can we help? page. Then, select callback or how you want to contact them and fill in the information.

However, if you're getting any issues or unable to reach out to our Support Team, phone lines are now open. We temporarily suspended calls to prevent long hold times as we resolved a direct deposit payroll issue. Employees should receive paychecks by end-of-day today. Thank you for your patience as we resolved this issue.

I know that you need to get hold of someone for screen sharing. However, the option or ability to call is unavailable in this public forum.

You can use the Get a callback or Start a chat feature from the Help menu. Our Support Team can securely access your account and assist your further with your QuickBooks concern.

Here's how:

1. Click the Help option in the upper-right corner.
2. Go to the Assistant tab.
3. Press Get help from a human. 
4. Select Chat with us or Have us call you.
