need help with reactivation of payroll subscription

I can walk you through how to update your payroll billing info, drquad1.

I want to make sure you're able to update your payroll subscription without issues. To start, make sure your QuickBooks software is updated to the latest release. Once done, let's run a payroll update to refresh your payroll settings.

After updating the system, you can follow these steps on how to reactivate your payroll subscription.

  1. Open your company file and ensure that you're an authorized user who can update the billing info.
  2. Go to Employees and select My Payroll Service, then Account/Billing Information.
  3. Sign in using your Intuit Account login. You'll be asked to verify your information.
  4. Click Billing Detail
  5. Select Edit billing info.
  6. Enter your new billing information and select I Agree.

However, if you're unable to make the payroll service active. I recommend getting in touch with us to get the error or issue sorted out. Here's how:

  1. Open QuickBooks Desktop.
  2. Click the Help tab at the top menu bar.
  3. Select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  4. Press the Contact Us option.

You'll want to try out some steps before reaching out to them in resolving the error you are prompted with after trying to reactivate your payroll subscription. You can refer to this article: Resolve a problem verifying your payroll subscription.

Keep me posted if you've successfully updated your payroll billing details and ran payroll as expected. I'm just here ready to help. Take care!
