With the recent release of the updated invoice layout in QuickBooks, some classic features, such as shipping date and tracking number, are currently unavailable in the new experience. If the option to switch back to the old layout is still available, you can change it. If you haven't, you can send us feedback.
We strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience. You can send feedback to our Product Engineering team so they can consider adding the shipping date and tracking no. in the new invoice experience in the following QBO updates. Here's how:
- Click the Gear icon and choose Feedback.
- Submit a summary of your product suggestions.
- Hit Next to submit.
