I cannot send my payroll. I have talked to 4 different people that have no idea how to help except to send me email links or give me numbers to other people. I finally got a hold of someone that sent a link for payroll risk chat, because you cannot call this department. They kept telling me keep trying maybe they're in a meeting. Well their meeting has lasted from 2:30 to 7:30! I get the message " Our experts are currently offline. Please try again later." I tried to send vendor payments and did not realize we had a limit on how much we could send! It locked our account and now I cannot pay our employees! Someone PLEASE CONTACT ME! This is ridiculous! I saw a bunch of other business owners with the same kind of situation. You might want to step up your support!

Yeah this didn't help at all! I know now that there is a limit, I don't care about that, I just want my payroll account status off hold so i can pay my employees. And I just got the same link to chat that says they are currently offline! It was that way all yesterday! I'm done! On to looking for another accounting software for our 6 companies!
NO it didn't help! I cancelled the over the limit vendor direct deposits and gave paper checks. I need to do PAYROLL now and its on hold. Was sent a link that says they are offline for 2 days called last support person back and told they were in a meeting, really a 2 day meeting. I don't have a NSF hold, they just need to remove the failed transmissions and take my account off hold. ITS NOT THAT HARD TO DO!

My Quickbooks Online Payroll issue with Action Required contact us your account is on hold was finally resolved on the 6th day (5th business day early morning). Our company had no "Primary Admin" under users only "Admin" role and we were unable to assign one. We put in a request on a Saturday but didn't include the articles of incorporation since we were an LLC, also I wasn't signed into the user account I wanted to transfer the Master Admin to when filling the form. So Monday I filled out the form again, and chose the correct business type and was logged into the user that we wanted to assign Primary Admin (master admin), and included the articles of incorporation. It was approved at 7pm MST after 12 hours or so. The actual change to PRIMARY ADMIN role didn't not happen until the following morning around 6am. I didn't get any email about any urgent issues with payroll and no warning. Once we had a PRIMARY ADMIN role viewable in qbo under USERS I hit resubscribe in the accounts and settings and it said success (it had always said success before) and this time (the 100th time) it actually resubscribed our company!
