Thank you for joining us here in the Community, Optisonics.

Allow me to provide some insight into the error you encountered in the Get things done screen.

Some users have reported receiving an error when attempting to access the Inventory Activities section. Our engineers are working diligently to find a permanent solution.

While we are unable to provide an alternative solution, we encourage all affected customers to sign up for the notification list to receive email updates.

The process requires the gathering of personal data to open an account. For security reasons, I recommend you get in touch with our QuickBooks Online (QBO) Care Team for further assistance.

Here’s how to reach them:

  1.  In your QuickBooks, navigate to the Help icon in the upper right to display the support window.
  2. Go to the Assistant tab and enter a brief description of your concern in the Type something field. For example, I get an error in the Inventory Activities section
  3. Click the Get help from a human link and type a phrase or keyword in the What can we help you with? field.
  4. Tap the Continue button to display the support options, and then select Chat to start a conversation and Callback to speak with an agent.
  5. Provide the following number to speed up the process: INV-72898.

Here’s an article that tackles the Home DashboardGet started and adjust settings after you sign up for QuickBooks Online.  It describes in detail how the Get things done and Business overview options work.

For future reference, the inventory guide contains topics that will guide users on how to troubleshoot inventory issues and manage products and services, to name a few.

I appreciate your patience while we’re working on this. Feel free to visit the Community again for any other QuickBooks concerns or additional questions about the inventory feature. I’ll be glad to lend a helping hand.
