QBO allows you to reconnect your banks anytime and keep your business information current.
Here's how:
- Go to Transactions and select Bank transactions.
- Choose Manage connections in the Link account dropdown.
- Click the bank to expand the list.
- Navigate to the bank you want to link and toggle the button.
- A prompt message will appear. Click Enable now.
- Click the account you want to connect and choose the account type in the dropdown.
- Choose the date you want the transactions to be pulled in the dropdown.
- Once done, click Connect.
You can now access the linked account in the banking page.
Additionally, ensure to reconcile your accounts to keep them current and up-to-date.
