Hello there, unclejoe. I'm here to walk you through linking your bank account in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

QBO allows you to reconnect your banks anytime and keep your business information current.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Transactions and select Bank transactions.
  2. Choose Manage connections in the  Link account dropdown.
  3. Click the bank to expand the list.
  4. Navigate to the bank you want to link and toggle the button.
  5. A prompt message will appear. Click Enable now.
  6. Click the account you want to connect and choose the account type in the dropdown.
  7. Choose the date you want the transactions to be pulled in the dropdown.
  8. Once done, click Connect.BankManageConnection.PNG BankManageConnection2.PNG

You can now access the linked account in the banking page.

Additionally, ensure to reconcile your accounts to keep them current and up-to-date.

Let us know if you have other concerns about linking your bank accounts in QBO. We're here to help you in any way we can.
