Pap Premier Software Bundle for 2024

I have the PAP Premier Software Bundle, trying to upgrade to 2024 but it's not showing in my online account but 2023 the latest.   Can anyone help?

Can someone tell me how to find the license number associated with the Pap Premier Software Bundle for 2024 that I purchased in January 2024.  If anyone could help me with this issue that would be very helpful.

If you're an accountant or ProAdvisor who is on a PAP (ProAdvisor Program) software bundle, here's how you can locate your product number, license number, version, and release:

 

  1. Sign in to camps.intuit.com. Or learn more about signing in.
  2. Select Products and Services, then show more products and details.
  3. Choose PAP Software Bundle, then Details.
  4. Select Show More, then Intuit QuickBooks Desktop Accountant Plussubscription current version to view the license and product information of the latest version.

 

You can also find the product information you need in the software itself. To do this, here's how:

 

  1. Open QuickBooks Desktop.
  2. Press the F2 key.
  3. Look for your product name, product number, and license number in the Product Information window.
  4. Look for your release at the end of the product name.
  5. Look for your version in the Version Used on File section.

Pap Premier Software Bundle for 2024

Unfortunately when I look at my account's products and services the PAP Premier Software Bundle for 2024 is not listed.  I paid for this product on 1/8/2024 so I do not why it was not loaded to my account.  I need to get this issue resolved ASAP so please let me know what steps I need to take today to get this issue resolved.  Thank you for your help.

I'm having the same issue.  Trying to get a new computer set up in case the old one tanks during tax season.  It sure would have been great 1) to be able to solve without having to call customer "support" , especially since 2) I called on a Saturday AM and was told that they were closed.  The message couldn't even be bothered to tell me what the hours are.  Apparently they should have been answering the phone.  I've been a proadvisor for 20 years and everything was wonderful until the last 3 or 4.
