Thanks for stopping by this afternoon. There could be numerous reasons in which your customers can no longer pay the invoices directly from the the invoice you send. I'm attaching a helpful article highlighting the process of turning on payments.
Keep in mind, payment processing is an add-on feature. If you don't have QuickBooks Payments, you can't send invoices that customers can pay for online. While you can still email invoice forms, you won't be able to process payments without QuickBooks Payments.
If the problem persist's I suggest reaching out to our support team, as they would have the tools to dive into your specific account and see exactly why your invoice payment option isn't there.
