How do I change the email address in payroll settings email notifications?

Payroll Settings email notifications

Thanks for reaching out to us here in the Community. I can help you change your email for payroll notifications in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

The steps to do this are pretty quick and easy! This can be done by going to the Payroll Settings. Here's how:

 

  1. In QBO, go to the Gear icon at the top right.
  2. Select Payroll Settings.
  3. Under Business Information, click the Contact Information link.
  4. Enter and confirm the email address.
  5. Click OK.
