Hello everyone.
We've been having increased issues with our qb enterprise desktop version.
Here's the background info:
QuickBooks Enterprise 19 running on Windows Server 2012 r2. About 6 concurrent users at any given time doing reports/transactions.
1.3GB company file size hosted on a server.
We are using Corrigo's field service integration to auto import invoices from jobs.
We've been having h202 errors with increased regularity. Running the QB DB Server Manager scan clears the error.
We have also had an out of balance TB bug that suddenly created a PO in for 1969 and threw a lot of things off. QB support ran rebuilds and seemed to do the trick. But now we have the TB out of balance again.
Along with this new issue. After doing some work Monday morning, suddenly we started getting error -6000, -77. Having performed the 5 troubleshooting steps including lastly a successful file doctor repair, we then encountered a 'user 'Admin' is not a recognized user in the list. Contact your QB admin to create a new user for you.'
Not being able to fix it, I reuploaded a backup from the previous night and seemed to be working ok but still with an out of balance TB. I have uploaded an old QBWin.log file (https://ufile.io/usn7c830) from Monday's errors for inspection. If the database is corrupting, what options do I have? Verify/Rebuilding does not finish successfully in single-user mode.
How many years of data do you have in one file? Consider condensing your file to remove the audit log. It will downsize your file. You may also consider to create a new file by removing some historical years data. If the same error persists, you may ask a 3rd party service to check your file.
The log file did not contain any useful information. Can you run a verify and then immediately post the log file?

You may want to engage a 3rd party service provider to evaluate your file. They usually have money back guarantees if its not fixed. PM me for a recommendation.
