Printed pay stub for one employee it said net pay $474.67, check printed for $512.65. Other employee said net pay $160.00, check printed for $144.67 what went wrong?

In this case, I encourage you to reach our Payroll Support team. This way, they’ll add your company as one of the affected users. Here’s how to contact them:

1. Log in to this page: qbo.intuit.com.
2. Click the ? Help icon, then select Contact Us.
3. Enter I cannot print payroll checks.
4. Click Let’s talk.
5. From there, you can Talk to a specialist or Message an Agent.
