Hi there, @smart look.

Currently, we have a few users who reported the same scenario as you with your employees' paychecks. Rest assured, our engineers are aware of the issue and are diligently working to fix this as soon as possible. Please know that we're unable to tell the ETA for resolution at this time. The case code is INV-53740.

In this case, I encourage you to reach our Payroll Support team. This way, they’ll add your company as one of the affected users. Here’s how to contact them:

  1. Log in to this page: qbo.intuit.com.
  2. Click the ? Help icon, then select Contact Us.
  3. Enter I cannot print payroll checks.
  4. Click Let’s talk.
  5. From there, you can Talk to a specialist or Message an Agent.

Please know that our supports are available from Monday to Friday from 6 AM to 6 PM.

You can also chat with us through these links depending on your payroll service:

I've added some helpful references you can use to handle checks, like how you can create them, as well as adjusting the alignment:

Let me know if you have other concerns. I'll keep my notifications open. Take care and have a nice day, smart look.
