Printing a schedule/Calendar in the Monthly Version

Hey @Colocatman1, thanks for reaching out to us here at The Community, we are happy to help!

My name is Sherissa and I know the frustration when you go to print something a certain way but it comes out different than expected

Can you tell me more about how you're using the printed Shedule? I'd love to hear your feedback and how we can improve this feature.

The way the TSheets Schedule works in Month View, will only show the shift times and the names of the users.

I suggest printing out the Schedule in the Week View if you would like more details to show when you print it out.

The 2nd option I have for you is to connect your TSheets Schedule to an Outsourced Calendar (ex: Outlook, iCal, Google Cal) and possibly print it from there.

Try either of those out and let us know how it goes, if you need anything else please never hesitate to reach back out to us here at The Community.

Printing a schedule/Calendar in the Monthly Version

The feature to print out the monthly cal view on the filtered criteria was always there, it is now changed. It shows every employee and every customer regardless of  filtering only certain employees and 1 customer or the other way around. Here is an example from back in September:  https://npofok1.sharefile.com/d-s0921d1b673ba45f ; now, it shows everything no matter what the filter and saving a week at a time (didn't even try that) it futile and doesn't help. It worked perfectly before, so what happened?

Printing a schedule/Calendar in the Monthly Version

Hi there, npofok. Thanks for joining the thread.

I've checked our records and haven't found any update about the changes when printing monthly cal view.

Most common display issues might be caused by too much cache files in the browser. This could be the possible reason you're unable to see the filtered criteria feature when printing the report.

To resolve this, we can open the report in a private or incognito window. This type of window doesn’t store any cache that causes a browser to load slowly.

Here are the following keyboard shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer: CTRL + Shift + P

From there, try to print out monthly cal view again and check to see if it works. If yes, then your customer can go back to their regular browser and clear the cache storage to fix the issue. If it won't, have them use another supported browser

However, if the issue persists after following all the suggested fix, I suggest contacting Tsheets' support to know why the filtered criteria didn't show up.

You might also want to check out this link to learn more about running a report in TSheets: TSheets reports.

Please let me know if there's anything else you need help with. I'm more than happy to offer additional help. Take care and be safe.

Printing a schedule/Calendar in the Monthly Version

I heard your opinions, @HEBERT. I'll guide you further and share ideas about printing schedules or calendar tasks in QuickBooks Desktop.

The QuickBooks calendar also delivers instruments for constructing a to-do checklist of several varieties (call, fax, email, meeting, appointment, or task). These will occur on the calendar unless you filter them out.

Since this option of printing the to-do list isn't available in QuickBooks Desktop, we submit feedback to our product developer. Thus, they can add this feature to the next product update.

Here's how:

1. From the Help menu.

2. Click Send Feedback Online, then press the Product Suggestion.

3. Type your product suggestion.

4. Enter the Product Area and other details below.

5. Lastly,  tap Send Feedback button.

As a workaround, we can utilize a third-party app that includes the feature you require. Navigate to the App Center within your QBDT and look for an app from the link provided.

I'm more than happy if you need assistance with a different task in QuickBooks Desktop. You can put my name in the comments section if you need the complete tracking of your quarterly income and spending.
