I cannot believe this is so difficult. I need to print at least 2 copies of every invoice. One to mail and one for my records.
When I want to print an invoice. I press the print button. A box appears that says “ Print one invoice” an option is given to specify the numbers of copies. No matter what is put here, 2, 3 etc. it only will print one copy at a time.
I sometimes need 5 or 6 copies for export shipments. Very frustrating not to be able to print multiple copies like all earlier versions of Quickbooks allowed.
Suggestions are welcome and thanks in advance.

Before we start, let's ensure QuickBooks Desktop is updated to the latest release.

You have at least two Other places to look.
If this is Windows 10, settings = Do Not Let Windows manage my printer.
In QB, File menu > Printer Setup, Invoices, set it to 2.
In Customize Templates, this Invoice, Additional Customization, the Print tab, set it what you want, and set it to Use Printer Setup, or perhaps you have a specific template that is always 6 needed, so set it here, as Custom.
Thanks, I will check. This is a MAC running parallels so that I can use the windows version of QB.
Thanks for the response. Before I try what is suggested I just want to be clear on one thing.
When the print button is pressed the resulting function box is titled " Print one invoice"
One of the functions is to specify the number of copies. Your response seems to indicate that the problem is concerning my individual application and the ability to print multiple copies by simply specifying it the appropriate box at time of printing is OK for other users and not a flaw or omission in the QB program. Please confirm. Thanks
It is very possible your Windows Simulation is the issue, yes. QB "talks" to the Printer Driver. You might have something being Lost in Translation.
