Problem in Publishing account QBO Proadvisor

Hi Dear All,

I recently earned QBO Pro advisor Certification. I am also struggling for QBO Advance Pro advisor certification and hope so I will earn it soon.

Now the problem which I facing is to Publish my profile as QBO Pro advisor. I am from Pakistan, and I don't have US National Identity Card/Passport. Currently I have US QBO accountant account through which I earned QBO pro advisor certification.

I applied publishing my profile as QBO pro advisor with Pakistan National Identity Card, but they rejected it. Now, is there any way I publish my profile as QBO Pro advisor? Please help me and guide me.

Thank you.

Problem in Publishing account QBO Proadvisor

Hi @Lasa_Accountancy,

Welcome to the Community. I can share what I know about the QuickBooks ProAdvisor Program.

Currently, it's open to legal residents of the country, including for the U.S., one (1) of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico, Canada, Australia, and who are 18 years of age or older. For users using a US account, the system defaults to only accept US identification cards.

Since you don't have the required type of ID, I recommend contacting our ProAdvisor Support Team. One of them will be able to check if there's a way to publish your profile. You can reach them through this link: Contact QuickBooks Online Accountant and ProAdvisor Support.

For more information about the program, as well as some details regarding the standards that should be followed along with the Program Agreement, I recommend the following pages:
