I am being asked to verify my account to receive credit card payments for m y business through WIX. They require a bank statement or a letter from the bank. My account is only a few weeks old so I can't get a bank statement. The form they are asking for needs to have the bank logo, my name, business name and quickbooks checking account number. I don't see anywhere how to go about doing this? Any thoughts?
Hello there, powerdriveexpres.
Since, we're unable to verify your account, I'd recommend contacting your Bank or Financial Institution. With their tools, can pull up your account, securely, and share the steps needed to verify your bank account.

So what you're telling me then is there is no way that, even though I have a Quickbooks checking account, that there's no way I can prove that to my service so I can begin receiving payments from my clients? Hmmm...I'm thinking quickbooks isn't all that its cracked up to be.

Thanks for getting back to us, powerdriveexpres.
As mentioned by my colleague, you may need to reach out to your financial institution to get the needed information.

My account is through QUICKBOOKS. I use it everyday! What in the world is going on over there?
I'm asking for a statement to prove that I am the owner of my QUICKBOOKS account. I use QUICKBOOKS checking. I need a statement that I can submit to my merchant providers that notes:
-Company (Quickbooks Logo)
-My name
-My business name
-My Quicbooks checkin routing/account number.
IS THIS TOO MUCH TO ASK?
Thanks for getting back to us and sharing detailed information about your concern, @powerdriveexpres. I'm here to share steps on how you get the statements and pass them to your merchant providers.
You can run the Account QuickReport by going to the Chart of Accounts. Though it will only show the company logo and business name you can manually enter your name and QuickBooks check routing/account number in the report title.
Here's how:
Once done, the statements you're looking for will show in the Header column. You can now submit the information to your merchant provider.
For more information on how to customize reports in QuickBooks, see this article: Customize reports in QuickBooks Online.
Also, I'd suggest sending us feedback to let our product engineers know about the statements to show all the details without manually adding them. This way, they can consider it in the next feature release to improve your QuickBooks experience. This can be done by going to the Gear icon, then click Feedback.
I've also attached articles about how to manage QuickBooks account like company information, features, etc.:

Thank you for this. At least someone is on the ball. The only thing though is I need Quickbooks logo on the form and not mine. Is there anyway I can get that? If I can't do it online is there anyway you can email it. This is important.

Nevermind, I went with another payment service (No thanks to Quickbooks). It's not the first time I needed this information to receive a direct deposit from a vendor. You should have a page on your web where people can print this information out hassle free. Being unable to do so make it appear that the bank quickbooks uses is illegitimate and that's embarrassing for a business owner.
Your lucky that's all there asking you for. On the other hand for me they want my utility bill ,my contract with my customer, a picture of the front and back of my ID, a of my holding my ID, 6 months of bank statement of my personal bank not my business bank, and my DBA certificate. I think this should be call harassment ?
