I have created a purchase order in QuickBooks Online. When I print it, the first page is blank, and all line items show up on page two. What have I done wrong, and can anyone tell me how to correct it?
Hello, jburski.
I'll share some troubleshooting techniques to solve your printing issues.
I've tried to replicate it here and I was able to print the purchase order (PO) without any problems. You may have an outdated Adobe Reader/Acrobat version. Let's ensure you have the latest Adobe Reader/Acrobat installed on your computer.
If you're still getting the same result after updating it, let's repair your Adobe installation to make sure there are no missing components.
Here's how:
For your reference, you can read this article for more insights: Fix QuickBooks Online printing issues on browsers for Windows.
In addition, you can also open your account using an incognito window. This will eliminate some cache issues caused by too much-outdated data stored on your browser. To save you time, use the following shortcut keys below:
If everything goes well, switch back to your default browser and clear its cache to start over. Alternatively, you can use different supported browsers.
For future reference, I've included this resource to guide you in adding the purchase order to bill, checks, or expenses in QuickBooks Online: Add purchase orders to expenses, bills, or checks in QuickBooks Online.

Thank you for your reply, but it was not a fix for my problem. The other PO's I have in QuickBooks print out perfectly - this is the only one that puts all the line items one the second page.
Appreciate the update, @jburski.
I'll make sure you're able to print the correct display of your line item details in a purchase order created in QuickBooks Online.
Thank you for sharing the results after following the suggestion shared by my colleague above. Saying how you're able to print other purchase orders perfectly but is one is not, let's consider deleting and recreating the purchase order in question instead.
This way, we can determine why it is moving the line items of your purchase order from page one to the second page when in fact they can fit on one paper display. To do so:
However, if issue persists even after recreating and printing your purchase order, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Support. You can work with one of our specialists in creating a ticket letting our engineering team investigate the root cause of the problem raised. To do so:
