Purchase Orders

I cannot get my vendors to pull up when I am creating a P.O. I have logged out, and logged back in. I have also cleared my cache for my computer. Any help would be appreciated.

Before we begin, I want to check if you've experienced any error messages when pulling up vendors while creating a PO. This will help me provide a precise solution for this matter.

 

To start, have you also used other supported browsers? If you haven't, I'd recommend doing so to narrow down the issue. Here are the ones supported on both web and mobile devices:

 

  • Google Chrome: version 78 or newer
  • Mozilla Firefox: version 76 or newer
  • Microsoft Edge: version 79 or newer
  • Safari: version 12 or newer (Mac only)
  • Opera: version 68 or newer
  • Samsung: version 10 or newer

 

On the other hand, if this matter continues, I encourage you to reach out to our Customer Care team. They can open a case to conduct a more thorough investigation and get this fixed in no time.

   I apologize, I misspoke. It was the Client list I could not see from the drop down menu, not vendors. I do not have access to see the list, but the client list did drop down when I made other P.O.'s before this date. I had the admin delete the profile and re-start my role. Now it works. With my permissions, I am supposed to have access to features. But he is working on that with the help team. Thank you for your response. I look forward to speaking with you again.

To be clear, that was not my issue. I was just trying to troubleshoot my computer before I reached out to QB. I wanted to make sure that whatever bug I may have had with the cached data, was not the main issue. This time it was not. But I wanted to eliminated as a possibility before I moved on. Sometimes, not always, the easiest answer is the correct one.
