Hello Community,
I just upgraded to 2023 and was excited about paying vendors online feature. The banking info with Melio was set up and recorded with test deposits made and withdrawn from the appropriate account.
When I went to Pay Bills under Vendors and selected Pay Online, the Pay Bills Online window comes up, thinks for a minute and then crashes. File has been verified and rebuilt. QB 2023 has been reinstalled as well. QB Support said I would need to send them my file to resolve the issue and it would take about a week. I use this file daily for my business and would like to avoid that as the only option.
Any suggestions as to how to make this workable? Thank you. Much appreciated, -Susan

I was hoping to avoid having to send a copy of my file since it's very difficult to be unable to use QB for a week while it is being reviewed. I already have an appointment to have the file uploaded to the support team. I was trying to avoid that by asking community if they have any suggestions. For instance, am I missing something in my macOS preferences that need to be change. Stuff like that. Thanks for your kind response.

Hi Susan - sorry this is occurring on your system. yes, please do submit the file to support. That will help us reproduce the issue which we need to do to solve the problem.
However you can proceed with continuing to use the file on your system. Just don't use the Melio feature that is crashing. We'll work on it once we have your file and may reach out to you to help fix the issue.
