I'd like to know if you've migrated from QuickBooks Desktop to the Online version. If so, how did you move your data from one product to another? What kind of information is being doubled?

If you'd like to delete your QuickBooks Online to start over again, you can cancel your current company and start a new one. Otherwise, you can prepare and delete it. Before proceeding, take note of the following:

• Purging your company can permanently damage banks or third-party app connections.
• This process doesn't cancel your QuickBooks or Payroll subscriptions. However, it completely clears out your books. You'll need to re-enter any employee or historical info you want to keep.

For QuickBooks Essentials, Plus, and Advanced, you can go to Step 2: Delete your company data if your books are less than 60 days old.

A/R is -246,873.76   should be 15,312.39

Total Assets

$26,591.36    should be 272,378.97

Plus others are not correct.

My thought is to cancel company and start over.

Let me chime in and share fixes so you can start managing your company files within QuickBooks Online, @USN04.

To get your account receivables, total assets, and other data matched to your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) 2021 records, you may consider running a quick report of these accounts in QuickBooks Online (QBO) first to determine the discrepancies. Once you find them, you can remove the duplicate entries right within the page.

You can also utilize a third-party app to delete them. The program offers several applications that can help expedite the process. Just visit our Apps Center or your Apps menu inside your QBO account. Let me show you how:

1. From your left pane, select the Apps menu.
2. Choose Find apps.
3. You can enter “Deleter” in the provided field and select an application.
4. You can click the Overview, Pricing, and Reviews tab to learn more.
5. Once decided, hit the Get app now button.

Moreover, if you wish to start over, you can continue to purge your account. Once done, export your list from QBDT, then import them to QBO.

After, you can generate the same reports to check if everything transferred correctly. Simply customize them to draw the information you need the most:
