Log in as a "user" with restricted permissions and QB Premier crashes; ADMIN works fine. I have tried multiple times, deleting and recreating Users. I have uninstalled and reinstalled QB. I have "verified" and "rebuilt data."

None of that worked. Help desk didn't help. I transferred the file to a second computer and the issue still exists. I upgraded the program to Premier 2021 and the issue still exists. All that leads me to believe it's an issue with the data file but File Doctor, Tool Hub etc. didn't repair the problem.
Chat Support and ask Data Service to fix the file. Otherwise, you may consider to purchase a 3rd party file repair service.
