QB2020 Desktop Mac - company sync not working properly.
Sync is working but in doing so it wipes out some if not all of customer address information for all BUT not all of the customers. This happens across 3 different company files. At times it also wipes out emails.
This was also occurring with QB 2019 Mac and now continues with 2020.
It wipes out data in QB but it remains okay in Apple contacts

To make sure your file is free of errors or data damage, verify your company file again. If you still have errors or damage, rebuild the file again.

Using QB2020 R7
Verify and rebuild have been done several times.
Again this is happening in three different company files so I don't think it is the file but the program.
While QB is open I can have a customer summary file open (report) with name, address and such, run Company Sync and momentarily later most of the addresses and/or emails disappear in the report.
Luckily now I realize this and make sure Time Machine has a VERY recent backup, run company sync and then restore the QB file from time machine.
All the customer data is in Contacts but lost in QB but later recovered by using Time Machine.
VERY cumbersome and I have to be very careful when I do a sync.

Hi Jim - sorry this is happening. We'd like to investigate it in product development. Can you submit a Feedback request about this? Use QuickBooks->Feedback inside the app to do it. You can just provide a link to this thread and title it something like "Sync deleting data". We are already looking into it but having it via feedback will give us a way to contact you.
