Thanks for bringing this one to our attention, BCross.
This is not the impression we want your colleague to experience when taking the QuickBooks Online (QBO) Certification exam. This error message occurs when a browser's cache data becomes full of frequent access to web pages or damaged. In this case, I'd suggest contacting our ProAdvisor Support Team directly inside your QBOA account. This way, they'll investigate what's causing the issue and help your colleague with this one. Here's how:
- Click the Help menu in the upper-right hand corner.
- Type in "Talk to a human", then press Enter.
- Look for I still need a human and click on it.
- Click Get help from a human or Contact Support Team.
- Select between Send a message, Schedule an appointment, or Get a callback.
Here's an article where you can see their contact details: Contact QuickBooks Online Accountant and ProAdvisor Support. You can also check out the Fix Issues When Starting ProAdvisor and Certification Training article to troubleshoot the issues when starting ProAdvisor training courses or exams.
Feel free to visit ur QBO Accountant page for more insights about managing your client's business.
I'm just one post away if you need a hand with managing our ProAdvisor Profile or any QuickBooks-related. I'll be here to ensure your success. You have a good one.
