What are QBO customer service hours to talk to someone over the phone and so screen share? Are they available on the weekends? I need to go over some things and its hard for me to do that when working during the day because of people coming in and out of my office.

I guess QB customer service isn't open on Saturdays....been trying to call and saying they are closed. I really wanted to take care of this on the weekend not during the week because of people walking in during the day.

You are telling me the same thing I was already told. But I can’t get a hold of anyone today to go over what I need help with. I have cold a few times today and they are closed it says.
I guess I don’t have those versions of QB that has help on Saturdays. Which stinks because like I mentioned before it is difficult to talk on the phone during work hours during the week because of people coming in my office.
I wanted to be on screen share with someone to help me link my credit card account to my QBO acct.
It's actually pretty terrible their website says that they're open on Saturday for support but they are not. I have QuickBooks Pro and payroll and there is no phone number, no chat, and no way to speak with anybody. Quite disappointing, frustrating and inexcusable given the amount of money they charge for the subscriptions.
