There's an ongoing issue when entering a voice auth with QuickBooks Point of Sale (POS). Our engineers are working to fix the issue as soon as possible. As a workaround, you can directly capture payment, or use MSC to capture voice auth. You can also choose to cancel when prompted to settle Voice Auth.
However, I still recommend reaching out to our support team so they can include you in the list of the affected users. Furthermore, you may encounter errors when processing transactions in POS. I've added this article for your guide: Resolve Unexpected Errors When Opening POS.
