QB POS 19. The Quick Pick items all show a 0 quantity. My Item List shows the correct quantities. How can the Quick List be corrected?
Thank you.
Let's make sure the Quick Pick items will show the correct quantity, New Era.
Ideally, once you have already the connection established between QuickBooks POS and your device, you'll have to edit the items you want to be available on your mobile device in your POS software to set them to sync. To ensure all the items shows the correct quantity, you have to create a Quick Pick group first. To this, I've outlined the steps below:
Then, add items to a Quick Pick group. Here's how:
If you want to remove an item from a group:
Please know that this only removes the item from the group, not from your inventory list. Also, here's how you can add Quick Pick items to a sales receipt:

Hi: Thanks for the reply. I am not talking about using a mobile device. I am talking about on the workstations.
Hello there again, @New Era.
Since you're experiencing the issues with Quick Pick List not showing the correct quantity on your workstation, I suggest verifying and rebuilding data on your QuickBooks Desktop.
Verify Data self-identifies the most common data issues within a company file, while Rebuild Data self-resolves the majority of the data integrity concerns found by Verify Data

Thanks for the explanation. It doesn't solve the problem. I had contact with a couple people who work with POS all the time. Both said this is a known issue that Intuit doesn't acknowledge. However the good news is it doesn't seem to affect anything important. So, the best way to fix it is to set the Icons in the Quick Pick list to solid color and just ignore it.
Cheers
did you ever resolve this?
I just installed an update (R9) and have the same issue now. I do not want to just ignore it......
