I would recommend reaching out to our Support, so they can check this further. They have the tools to view your screen as you navigate to through QuickBooks. The data they'll gather will be useful when we investigate this behavior.

- If you're prompted to choose a product, select QuickBooks Mac Desktop.
- Select any main topics and sub-topics.
