QuickBooks 3-part 1099 recipient's address doesn't fit in envelope window

Since you already tried to adjust the alignment and the issue persists, let's run the Print and PDF Repair tool. This will help fix common printing issues in QBDT.

Before we proceed, let's first download and install the QuickBooks Tool Hub. Here's how:

1. Close QuickBooks.
2. Download the most recent version (1.5.0.0) of the QuickBooks Tool Hub. Save the file somewhere you can easily find it.
3. Open the file you downloaded (QuickBooksToolHub.exe).
4. Follow the on-screen steps to install and agree to the terms and conditions.
5. When the installation finishes, double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to open the tool hub.

Once done, here's how to run the tool:

1. In the QuickBooks Tool Hub, click Program Problems.
2. Select QuickBooks PDF & Print Repair Tool. It will take about a minute to run.
3. Attempt to print, email, or save as a PDF from QuickBooks Desktop again.
