I have resisted upgrading my MAC specifically because I was told Sonoma would not work with my Quickbooks Desktop 2020. Somehow my MAC upgraded to Sonoma today. I use everything manually with my quickbooks version. I do not connect online to the bank, or payroll nor do my customers pay me through Quickbooks. Does anyone know what functionality I will lose?
As I know you can still run QBD 2019 or newer in Sonoma. Did you encounter any issue?

I have quickbookds for Mac 2020 and resisted upgrading for fear of not having my quickbooks work. I only send estimates and invoices and an occasional schedule..With the new Sonoma 14.6 work with this program
You can still run QBD 2020 on Sonoma with minor issues. You can also contact @Fiat Lux - ASIA for advise. They can share another option for your case.
