Thanks @MadelynC ,
That makes sense. I was talking to a bookkeeper that uses Quickbooks and she was telling me to
"Create another separate cost and rename it something else" OR
to "change the name in the Item List to a different name",
but that just didn't make much sense to me. This can probably mess everything up or make things more complicated.
Your answer makes more sense to me.
Thanks!

I just got a private message from Sarah Johnson ( QB Proadvisor ) saying "You Need to Contact QuickBooks Helpline team asap. at [removed]
Does this mean that there is more to this question than what you explained?

Please advice. Thank you

I am not looking to contact a professional. As long as I know that @MadelynC answer is correct.
it was strange to get a private message like that. I am wondering if the phone number provided is fake? Do you recognize the phone number?
Here is what the private message looks like.

It's possible that the person who sent you a private message is one of our ProAdvisor. But for now, we're unable to determine or recognize a phone number.

Thanks Maria, but I think ProAdvisors should not be SPAMMING people with private messages like this saying that is urgent to contact them. It makes legit good answers from Intuit people here ( like your self and @MadelynC ) appear doubtful like they don't know what they are saying or explaining. Also, by the ProAdvisor saying: "You Need to Contact QuickBooks Helpline team asap.", is a form of bait and switch and misleading. If anyone here needs help from a ProAdvisor for complicated issues, we know to contact them if needed.
ProAdvisors need to be told this.
Thanks for your help and comments!
