QB tech support says the fix is delete the coworkers, and then put them back in. I can't continue to do this.
Also, QB tech support is not giving me the customer support for this problem.

Hi, with all due respect, I have done this. I have also deleted desktop users, changed their passwords, uninstalled and reinstalled QB ad nauseum since October when we went to QB23.
An elite tech was supposed to call me back at 10am. No phone call. I called back in and I was elevated to a supervisor because I cannot talk to someone in elite. The fix is this: I am to download my company file with all my financials and send it Intuit. I cannot use QB for at least TWO WORKING DAYS. If I use the file for those two or three days, anything I input will not be carried over to the repaired file and I will need to re-input it piece by piece. We will be OUT OF BUSINESS FOR TWO TO THREE DAYS, WORKING DAYS AS YOU DON'T WORK WEEK ENDS. My ticket # is 1594649457 and yes again I was on the phone from 12:44 to 3:02PM. Can you send us a QB program to use in the meantime that we can use for the two/three days and then when you send us the corrected file, we can upload the work we did for the two/three days??? We can't close down for two days. thanks
Another option, consider a 3rd party service to help. If the file can be repaired, the process can be done over the weekend.

Thanks for your reply! So when I was out for the week, we brought in our third party IT guys. It cost us $1800.00 and the end fix working with QB was remove and reinstall the program, and also remove the users and set them up again.
And here I am again with the same problem.

You should ask Intuit Data Services to check your file, but you will continue working on your file in the meantime. If they say there's nothing wrong with your file, you may consider having a 3rd party service check your file for free to make sure. Do not ask your local third party service to do anything on your network before you are sure about your company file.

It has been referred over and over again since October. As I said in my post, QB (Ivan) wants me to send the entire file in so they can correct it.
I will be out of business as I cannot use QB for those 2-3 days.

Data services wants me to send them the file. Yes I can still work on QB but any transactions (Invoices, payments, quotes,Banking, PO's, AP, AR) that I post cannot be uploaded to the corrected file I receive back from QB. We would have to enter all of the transactions again into the new QB file that comes back. It would be in the hundreds so that is not going to work.
