When I click on the help menu as shown here:
The category showing as Quickbooks Help only brings up help from older versions of QB on my computer, such as QB 2015 or QB 2016. This is also the case when you click on the ? from any task within QB.
Also when you click on "What's New in QuickBooks" in the menu above and then click "Learn More", you get the following:
So my question is why is the "in application" help not working with content from 2021 version?

I appreciate you for providing us in-depth details of your concern and screenshots to better isolate the issue. We can try closing and re-opening your QuickBooks for Mac to refresh the software. Then, try accessing the Help menu again. If the same thing happens, we can reboot your computer by pressing and holding the Shift key on your keyboard until you see your Desktop. Then, open QuickBooks and perform the same task you were trying to complete
If the problem persists. try to verify and rebuild your QuickBooks data. This will helps us identify company file data issues as well as resolves those issues found. Follow along below to get this done right away.

I tried all of those steps and nothing has changed, the help menu is not giving any information with QB 2021 content. All of the previous issues still remain. I guess it is a bug within Quickbooks. I am seeing other posts even with Quickbooks for Windows where the help function doesn't work.
If anyone has the same issue, please post a reply here.
Otherwise, I did download the user's guide if I need any help in the interim.

Currently, we have an ongoing issue where the selected content is unavailable when clicking the Help menu in QuickBooks.
Rest assured our engineers are all hands in working on finding a permanent resolution for this issue.
To make sure you're in the loop about the investigation's status and its fix, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team. They can add your account to the list of affected users. This way, you'll be notified via email once updates are available. You can provide the INV-55060 to our representative as your reference. As far as contacting customer support, QB Desktop for Mac only allows chat support Mon-Fri, so I will try then.
