I currently have QB Mac desktop 2020. I recently bought a Qb online subscription.
I am having difficulty exporting the company file to online.
here is what I’ve done
- I updated my QBMD to latest update.
- I’m signed into desktop and online as Admin
- I verified data in utilities.
- I made sure I have less than maximum number of “tickets”
- I’ve run a rebuild and verified. No errors
when I go to export to online in desktop it checks all the boxes for updates, data etc
I sign in to my online account, select company name and then it says
”error processing data”
