Quickbooks Enhanced Payroll -Activation Direct Deposit

Good evening QB Community,

I purchased Quickbooks Premier 2022 with Payroll Enhanced today. I filled out the information of the employees and I am trying to set up Direct Deposit. After completing the information and submitted I got a message that it says:" Something is quite wrong, please try again later, it should work". Could you please help me on how to resolve this matter, this is an emergency. I appreciate your help.

Quickbooks Enhanced Payroll -Activation Direct Deposit

I know it can be challenging when you can't activate your Direct Deposit, Banner1. I'm here to ensure this gets taken care of.

 

The error is often caused by either having an active direct deposit with the same Realm ID/EIN or having a Payments account under the same Realm ID but using a different EIN.

 

With this, I'd suggest contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. They're equipped with tools to review your account and determine its cause. Here's how:

 

  1. From the Help menu, select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  2. In the Have a Question window, scroll down to click the Contact us link.
  3. This will display the Contact Us screen.
  4. Go to the Tell us more about your question section to enter the issue or topic in the field box.
  5. Click the Search button to display the Start a Message button.

Once everything is all set, you can now start paying your employees and then send your direct deposit to Intuit.
