I purchased Quickbooks Premier 2022 with Payroll Enhanced today. I filled out the information of the employees and I am trying to set up Direct Deposit. After completing the information and submitted I got a message that it says:" Something is quite wrong, please try again later, it should work". Could you please help me on how to resolve this matter, this is an emergency. I appreciate your help.

The error is often caused by either having an active direct deposit with the same Realm ID/EIN or having a Payments account under the same Realm ID but using a different EIN.
