Join nowI purchased QuickBooks Live Bookkeeping Setup - a one time fee of $50. I don't need it any more, as I was able to set it up on my own.
I spent several hours on chat this week with reps who told me they couldn't process a refund. I was sent in cirlce to different reps and no one could help me.
And you can't request a refund on the website. Please help me.

Good to hear you're able to set up your account and I understand you no longer need it. You'll first have to cancel your QuickBooks Live Bookkeeping Setup through the Billing & Subscription menu to avoid future charges moving forward.

Once done, I'd recommend contacting our QuickBooks Live Bookkeeping Customer Care team again. This is to make sure that your cancellation is successfully executed. But also, They can pull up your account in a secure environment and proceed with processing a necessary refund.

Thank you for responding so quickly, but I don't have the QB Live Full Service Bookkeeping.
I only have: QuickBooks Live Bookkeeping Setup (please see screen shot) for the $50 one time set up fee.
It doesn't give you any options to cancel or request a refund.

Thanks, Klent for your help. But I tried this already last week. I was on chat for over an hour and was transferred to several different people. No one could help me. They all said they couldn't issue the refund.
Then I did get a call and she still couldn't help me. She gave me the link to submit a request for refund and it doesn't give you the option for: QuickBooks Live Bookkeeping Setup
I would really appreciate it, if someone could just issue the refund. It really shouldn't be this difficult.

This doesn't work for me, as it's not a Bookkeeping subscription that I have.
It's a ONE TIME SET UP FEE for Bookkeeping set up.
I'm really frustrated that I keep getting the run around to just process a refund of $50. This should be something so simple to process.

Yes, Live Bookkeeping is a one-time service for new QuickBooks Online customers. As much as I want to process this refund request, only our Customer Support team has the tools to do so in a secure environment.

I called the number you gave me. And it wouldn't let me speak to a rep, it directed me back to the site to get help.

This is exactly what I am going through right now...and the responses are exactly why I just cancelled quickbooks all together. No one knows how to actually get things done.
