I am trying to do my 2021 taxes and have searched through the online community to see how to export my data allowing me to import into TurboTax. One suggestion was to download as trial version of Quickbooks Desktop and export my QBO data. I loaded the desktop trial and I can no longer access my Online data. How do I resolve this issue?
Hello there, bradhansonauthor.
May I know if you receive an error message when trying to access your QBO account? Any additional information can help me provide a timely resolution.
In the meantime, you can perform some steps so you can sign in to your QBO account. If you still have access to the phone or email address on file, you can get back into your account by following these steps:

Good Afternoon,
Perhaps I was not clear in my issue. I am not able to see any of my data and when I log into QBO, it asks me to setup everything all over again. If I try to look at Quickbooks Desktop, it asks me to setup a company as well. I believe Intuit believes I changed to the desktop version so my online version does not have any data to show. How do I fix this issue?

Hi Everyone. I was able to resolve the issue. It appears that a second business with the same name was created/tied to my login. I selected the correct name and my information was back.
