I’m still having problems after applying the “fix”. My belief is that it’s the RDS connector and not the web connector that we are using. I’m on QBPOS v12 and QBDT Pro 2021. I’m getting the certificate revoked issue when I use remote (QBDT on remote computer - RDS) as well as local (QBDT on POS computer). I know I have an old version of QBPOS, as well as a paid (non-subscription) version of QBDT and have no intention of upgrading (POS is end of life anyway) but my expectation is that a certificate revoked issue should still be corrected for as long as I choose to use this software.
ours stopped as well " saying Certificate was revoked by its certification authority " .. I called Volusion they said everything is working on their end.
Agreed, we also use RDS not web connector, at least to my knowledge. I'm thinking the rds server application needs updated or needs a new certificate! Hopefully this can happen quickly! In the meantime, can web connector be used to accomplish the same thing?

Any progress on an update yet? Quickbooks support, it's the RDS server application that has an expired certificate! I keep seeing you guys mention web connect, but that isn't what we are having an issue with!

Nothing works, none of the "fixes". Tried the video instructions in a link I received which doesn't work. AND now I can't get QB to open!! Message pops up that the file is already open. Pulled up the task manager and it is not open.
This needs to be fixed asap. Client's work is at a standstill. This is unacceptable.

I'm on the list. Still not working.
still nothing for me either. 48+ hours now and just crickets. Sure wish someone would set some expectations for us. Seems that all efforts are going to 3rd party integration and not QBPOS-QBDT. I know QBPOS is sunsetted but we are/were loyal Intuit customers.
All is well now. Apparently a Microsoft issue. I’m concerned that legacy product users might be affected again in the future and would like to know what we could do to avoid certificate issues.
Intuit.me/cert states “Microsoft has agreed to re-enable the use of these certificates temporarily.”. What is the long term solution?
Here’s a good write up of what occurred, in case anyone is interested: https://airlockdigital.com/microsofts-revocation-of-the-verisign-class-3-public-primary-certificatio...
This is definitely a concern of ours too.. even if we can continue to use qb pos without it being supported, if the rds server stops working for whatever reason, it is a big problem!
