I would like to speak with a quickbooks recruiter. I have experience that the four lines of the online app will not allow.
I'm here to make sure this is taken care of, Jesse_H.
Let's try using a browser and see if it works there. This is to isolate and identify if it's the application that causes this issue with the four-lined menu on the mobile app.
If it works, I'd like you to log back into your mobile app and clear the app's data. This helps refresh the application and eliminates common issues that cause behaviors like the one you're experiencing. Clearing the app's data can be done on the app or on your phone settings. You can follow the steps below:

I have been working with Intuit tax support for 3 years. I would like to make use of 40+ IT manufacturing experience. Thanks for your response. I am having trouble conveying what i am seeking. I plan to become Adv Proadvisor certified in October. After that i was hoping to become an Intuit ProAdvisior. Am I mistaken in thinking that Intuit has a group of ProAdvisors that answers user questions and provide user guidance? This would require contacting Intuit HR to apply for a position. This is the contact is am seeking. I am a CPA and EA with 40 years experience in manufacturing that i would like to share.
