Can "QUICKBOOKS" please sort this year old issue out (going back 4 years)!!!!! To save an invoice without an email address for the people who do not use email, AND the QB Users that do not want the tacky looking QB automated email sending the invoice!?!?!?!?
I have customers that do not use Email, usually the elderly, they are usually the ones that are very very picky with what is on an invoice and point out that my email address is under their address - this looks very unprofessional.
There are genuinely hundreds of different threads on and off QB querying this and quoting a thread on HERE from 2018 "we are working on it overtime" - 4 years is a lot of overtime for a simple button!
For what is supposed to be a "professional accounting system" this is an absolute shambles with false promises, even more laughable is the radio advert "we've got you're back boss" well.... you clearly haven't got out "backs" - "boss".

Thanks for a really unhelpful, passive response!
Can I suggest actually paying attention to people asking the same question over and over again on here rather than pushing the issue to a another team with the possibility to then another team.
You're poor response shows just how little you care about you're customers.
That was a terrible response. It should be simple coding. We all need to save the link to the invoice so we can text it. Currently, QBO requires an email. It would take too much time to make a fictitious email just to get a copy of the link.
