QuickBooks Support survey can't be completed, appears on every page
I don't even have QuickBooks yet, I'm trying to see whether it fits my needs. But every single tab I open on QuickBooks Support, there's a survey prompt that takes over the page. I've even filled out the survey, twice, only to get "authentication errors" so I'm not sure the results got through. Certainly the prompts keep coming. Then I tried to post in this forum and got another "authentication error".
That survey is the thing I hate most about QuickBooks.
I get it, I'm a software engineer, I understand the need to get customer feedback. But this is not the way to do it. It's leading me to doubt QuickBooks Online would be reliable enough for me to use.
