Quickbooks T-Sheets entry does not have green text anymore

Quickbooks T-Sheets entry does not have green text anymore for the project you are currently clocked in as. It only shows as black text, the same as older entries. In the attached photo, the version with green text shows. The green text stands out better. Is there a way to revert to the green text again?

Quickbooks T-Sheets entry does not have green text anymore

Hi there, greentextpls.

Can you share with me a screenshot of your concern?

In the meantime, if you use QuickBooks Time on a browser, try accessing it on a private window. You can use these keys to open one:

  • For Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • For Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • For Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P
  • For Safari: Command Shift N

I'll be keeping an eye on your response. Keep safe!

Quickbooks T-Sheets entry does not have green text anymore

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to reply.

Attached is a screenshot. You can see that I am clocked into a project, but the time (4:29 - Now) shows up as black text rather than Green text as it did before. This was a small but powerful UI change.

I tried using incognito on Chrome but there was no change unfortunately.

Thanks!

QBO's work tab made a mess of the projects tab in tsheets, so I deleted everything from the work tab. Nothing changed in tsheets, so I emptied out the project tab as well. Now, my employees can only clock into QBO customers that were not tied to projects.

Hi there, @Wheeler69.

Thanks for joining this conversation. Allow me to hop in and help fix the issue you're having in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

To start, may I know what specific issue you're getting in the Work tab? Any additional information will help me provide the best resolution for your concern.

In the meantime, to check if the browser is already full of frequently accessed page resources (cache and cookies), causing this unusual response, let's sign in to your QBO using a private browser (incognito).

Here's how:

  • Press Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox).
  • Control Option (Safari).

If everything looks good, return to your default browser and perform a clear cache to refresh the system. However, if the issue persists, try using other supported browsers.

For tips and other resources, you may visit our website for future reference: QBO self-help articles.

I'm only a post away if you have additional questions about this or anything else. I'll be here ready to help. Take care.
