How many forms per page for 2021 1099-NEC does QuickBooks Accountant Desktop 2021 print?
It's essential to be compliant with the IRS regulations, @LN21.
For now, QuickBooks prints two forms per page for 1099-Nec. I recommend checking our Product Updates page for reference. This way, you'll get notified of any news and updates about QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT). Make sure to keep your software up-to-date so you always have the latest features and fixes. In the meantime, you may consider printing three forms per page outside QuickBooks.

I'm here to share some information about the availability of the 2021 Form 1099s in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), @lesfod7.
Our payroll engineers always want to make sure that QBDT is compliant with the IRS policies and form changes. For the time being, they are working on getting all the 2021 Form 1099 updates. With this, there isn't any estimated time frame as to when to release the updated form.
However, the QuickBooks system will automatically prompt you for new updates (including Form 1099s). I'd recommend keeping your software up-to-date, so you always have the latest features and fixes. For the step-by-step guide, please refer to this article: Update QuickBooks Desktop to the latest release.
